The Rotunda Land & Development Group (“RLDG”) team manages multiple equity funds and has purchased more than 28 projects representing 2,600+- entitled acres and 6,000+ units. The most active partners are noted hedge fund and private equity players of firms with over $200 Billion in capital under management. The strategic initiative is to build 20,000+ units across select markets nationally. Projects are selected based on proprietary employment and supply metrics, thereby capitalizing on the risk-adjusted profile of the platform designed by the group. 

The RLDG team encompasses some of the most notable development, construction. leasing and management performers in the business, with more than 30,000 for-sale and multi-family units developed in their careers representing more than $6 Billion in asset value. The team consists of institutional asset management infrastructure which has handled leasing and property management of more than 160,000+ residential units and more than 30 Million SF of commercial space in projects across the country.
